As part of the Etihad Rail Phase I Project, certain existing 400kV and 220kV overhead transmission lines in the Abu Dhabi Emirate—specifically around Ruwais and Madinat Zayed—require elevation adjustments to maintain the mandated vertical clearance above the railway track. This is achieved through location-specific interventions such as inserting new towers, relocating existing ones, or rerouting short sections of the lines.

ENFRAS Scope involves ERS bypass design engineering & supervision to facilitate above mentioned modifications in six (6) such locations, involving 3 locations of 400kV DC lines (Shuweihat–Mussafah, Shuweihat–Madinat Zayed) and 3 locations of 220kV DC line (Madinat Zayed–Liwa)
